I love Halloween as it is so autumnal. It also gives me the excuse to eat sweets and have cute decorations everywhere! I recently ordered a massive shop from Sainsbury’s and I couldn’t help but ‘browse’ the Halloween section. Well, I was looking for ingredients to make these ickle spooktacular treats and I ended up spotting a glittery copper pumpkin, witch tinsel and some tiny pumpkin battery operated lights! Oh and of course, I bought some compulsory (for Halloween) pretend spiders webs and plastic spiders. Although, I will say, these will go back in my draw now I’ve taken these photos as I’m terrified of spiders and if one falls on me in the night, I’d be likely to have a heart attack. I also got out my beyond cute skeleton tea light holder called Sid; I bought this a few years ago in Matalan and absolutely love it. I am a bit of candle hoarder (but I never actually light the candles) and so when I seen the Gingerbread one (in a mason jar, EEKKK) in Home Bargains for a couple of pounds recently I couldn’t leave it behind – it is the festive season after all!
