The book is vibrant and fun with Bear and his friends providing as cute furry companions throughout. 2020 saw the rise of Coronavirus and with that came lots of worried children who were suddenly being educated at home as the entire world changed around them. Channon is a Primary School Teacher from Cornwall whose class of 5-year-olds grew very worried and concerned about the nature of germs. They knew they had to wash their hands but had no idea for how long, they knew to use a tissue but didn’t know why and they discussed the role of vaccines in combatting some germs at times. Channon wanted to create something for her group of 25 children to refer back to and to serve as a comfort in a very quick changing world. You too can now share this adventure with your own children! This scientific book has itself firmly embedded in the world of germs, personal hygiene, and cute hamster pals. You’d be a fool to miss out on it!
